Position Description
As the Growth Marketing Manager at Housing.Cloud, you will own and execute marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize campaigns, track performance, and scale our marketing efforts. Your expertise will help us reach educational institutions nationwide and establish Housing.Cloud as a market leader in student housing management.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation: Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and drive customer acquisition.
Content Strategy: Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars, to educate and engage prospects.
Digital Marketing: Optimize paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns to increase visibility and attract potential customers.
Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and convert prospects into customers.
SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to maximize organic and paid traffic.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve marketing goals.
Partnerships: Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and enhance the customer journey.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective spending and maximum impact.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B technology.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for growth.
Experience creating and managing content that engages and educates a B2B audience, including blogs, webinars, and case studies.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
Hands-on experience with SEO strategies and SEM tools to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the challenges of marketing to educational institutions or similar B2B audiences.
Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
Experience planning and executing events, such as webinars, conferences, or trade shows, to engage potential customers.
Proven ability to shape and execute brand positioning and messaging strategies.
