Position Description
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will bridge the gap between product development and customer engagement. You’ll own go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and enable sales teams with tools to showcase Housing.Cloud’s benefits. Your work will ensure that our products resonate with educational institutions, driving both adoption and growth.
Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning for Housing.Cloud’s products, tailored to the needs of educational institutions.
Sales Enablement: Create resources such as sales decks, product collateral, case studies, and training materials to empower sales teams to communicate value effectively.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs, using insights to shape product marketing strategies.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product development and highlight key benefits.
Content Collaboration: Work with content and design teams to produce marketing materials, including blogs, webinars, and whitepapers, that showcase product value.
Campaign Development: Partner with the growth marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Metrics & Optimization: Track the performance of marketing initiatives, analyze data to assess success, and refine strategies to maximize impact.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B technology.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for product launches.
Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
Experience creating sales tools and training resources that align with product value and customer needs.
Proficiency in analyzing market data, customer feedback, and campaign performance to inform decisions.
Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, delivering high-quality results on time.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the challenges of marketing to educational institutions or similar B2B audiences.
