When a first-year under 18 signs their housing agreement, a guardian often needs to sign too. That used to mean a separate e-signature tool and a separate budget line. Guardian signatures now live inside Additional Forms, the forms engine you already use.
One form, two signatures. Add a Signature element once. The signer name updates automatically for the student and the guardian
You define who counts as a minor. Set your Minor Age Threshold (default 18) and make guardian a required contact type
Decide per cycle who needs a guardian. Require it for everyone or only students under your threshold
It runs on its own. The student signs, the guardian is emailed a link automatically, and students can resend it themselves. Both signatures land on the application
A full audit trail. Every step is timestamped for both signers, with IP address and device
Where to find it: Build in Additional Forms; set the threshold in Setup > Custom Fields > Config; attach under your cycle’s Docs & Forms tab
