Students know they’re ready before they start. A countdown to their window and a checklist (application approved, documents signed, payments current) end in an All Clear badge and one button: Pick a room
Rooms look like rooms, not rows. Each room is a card with a photo, building, open beds and room type. Students switch between rooms and suites, search, filter and save favorites
They can see who they’d live with. You choose whether students see what’s included and who already lives there, with a few of their tags
A hold buys time to think. Holding a bed starts a countdown, and students can hold beds for their whole group in one step. If the timer runs out, the bed goes back to everyone else
Clear confirmation. Students see their booking spelled out by building, room and bed, then go straight to their Your Room page
